As a wedding photographer, Tinker House is one of my favorite venues because of its incredible light and architectural variety. The expansive windows create beautiful natural light throughout the day, while the courtyard, modern staircase, and surrounding neighborhood provide endless opportunities for timeless portraits. Every part of the venue has been intentionally designed with clean lines and elegant simplicity, allowing the focus to remain on the couple and the moments they’re sharing.

Some of my favorite portrait locations include the outdoor courtyard, the dramatic window walls, the modern staircase, the industrial-inspired entrance, and the quiet streets surrounding the venue. As evening approaches, the courtyard glows beneath string lights while the reception space becomes warm and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for romantic first dances, heartfelt speeches, and celebrations that continue well into the night.
