As a wedding photographer, The Sycamore is one of my favorite venues because the property offers incredible variety and some of the most beautiful sunsets in Central Indiana. The vineyard rows, open fields, tree-lined drive, modern architecture, and surrounding countryside provide endless opportunities for timeless portraits. Inside, the abundance of natural light creates beautiful images throughout the day, while the elegant reception space photographs beautifully well into the evening.

Some of my favorite portrait locations include the vineyard rows, the outdoor ceremony lawn, the terrace overlooking the property, the winding pathways surrounding the winery, and the floor-to-ceiling windows inside the reception space. During golden hour, the vineyards are absolutely breathtaking as warm sunlight washes across the landscape, creating romantic portraits that perfectly capture the beauty of the day. As the celebration continues indoors, the softly illuminated ballroom provides an elegant setting for first dances, heartfelt toasts, and joyful moments with family and friends.
